Tuition and Financial Aid

2024-25 Tuition

  • First child – $9,000
  • Second child – $8,500
  • Third child – $8,000
  • Fourth child – $7,500
  • Additional children will be discounted an additional $500 in the same pattern.

Application and Application Fees

  • Applications for the 2024-25 school year open on November 15, 2023.
  • The Application fee is $100.00 per child and covers the cost of the TADS portal and payment system. 

Registration and Registration Fees 

  • The Registration Fee is also a materials fee and covers the cost of textbooks and all instructional materials; including library books and software; art, music, and P.E. program equipment/materials.
  • The Registration fee is $500 per child before the enrollment deadline of March 1st. After March 1st, the fee is $750.
  • Registration for the next academic year opens on December 1st for returning families and in mid-January, as acceptances go out, for new families.

Tuition Payment Policies

  • Tuition may be paid annually, semi-annually, on a 10 or 12-month pay schedule (July - June).
  • A $29 late fee will be assessed after 10 days.

Discounts and Financial Aid

  • We are currently offering a $500 discount off tuition for referrals to our school which result in a family enrolling their children at Divine Mercy Academy.
  • If interested in Financial Aid, please apply through the TADS admissions portal.  Financial Aid applications are due March 1st.

 

Optional Volunteer Hour Buy-out

  • All enrolled families are required to provide 25 hours of volunteer time over the course of the year.  This will be tracked by the school.  If you desire to buy-out these hours, the fee is $500.  Any hours not completed by the end of the year will be assessed at $20/hr.
