Volunteer With Us!

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us!  We love having our parents and friends spend time with us to enrich the lives of our students!  In order to be qualified to volunteer with us there are two steps which must be taken. 

1)  Fingerprinting/Background Check 

• Register on this site: https://marylandfingerprinting.com/
• Scroll down to State of Maryland box 
• Select "Childcare Licensing & Dept. of Education"
• Enter your information including the CJIS Authorization Number: 1900003022 
• You DO NOT need to fill in the childcare admin number.

2)  VIRTUS Online Training

Please follow these instructions to create a first time registration, complete the training modules, download the certificate of completion, and email it to us at [email protected]. If you are going directly to virtus.org as a first time registrant, you should find the correct site by selecting from the drop down:

Once we have these files on record, coordinate with the administration at the school for days/times/activities.  Thank you again for your generosity!
